Let us know what brings you to Seeds of Wellness and whether you are seeking Personalized Wellness Support, Acupuncture, or both?

Step 2:

Let’s go ahead and set up your Initial appointment.

Step 3:

Once your appointment is confirmed, please register on our Patient Portal and complete the Initial Intake Questionnaires.

Step 1:

Choose appointment time

Rosa Schnyer 1- Appointment start on the EVEN hour (9,11,1,3)

Rosa Schnyer 2- Appointment start on the ODD hour (10-12,2,4,)

Step 2:

CHOOSE APPOINTMENT type: Acupuncture, consultation, etc. If you’d like to do both, choose 2 consecutive times, or add a note to your request.

Step 3:

CHOOSE A DATE. Once you've requested an appointment you will receive an email as soon as our office has confirmed the time.
